Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to permanently delete your Figo account and what happens when you do.

Delete from the App (Recommended)

The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the Figo app:

  1. Open the Figo app or go to app.spendfigo.com
  2. Navigate to Settings
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm your identity and follow the prompts

Request via Email

If you can't access the app, send an email to our support team. Include the email address associated with your Figo account so we can verify your identity.

What happens when you delete your account

Your personal data is permanently deleted

Name, email, phone number, address, and identity documents are erased from our systems.

Your card is deactivated immediately

Any active virtual cards are cancelled and can no longer be used for transactions.

Remaining balance must be withdrawn first

Please withdraw any remaining funds before requesting deletion. We cannot process refunds after account deletion.

Transaction history is retained for compliance

We are legally required to retain transaction records for a period as mandated by financial regulations. These records are not linked to your personal identity after deletion.

This action is irreversible

Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered. You would need to create a new account and complete verification again.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your account has been permanently deleted. During this period, you can contact support@spendfigo.com to cancel the request.
